Well let me break it down for you then:

work a deal: if he ends up having to pay something for shipping, why not haggle a little to get the 4k down somewhat.
negotiate: its a verb and the definition is to arrange for or bring about discussion and settlement of terms.

So if you put the two together and if Gamma wants him to put in 4k to ship it, maybe I'm implying that if all else fails and he has to pay something to get it shipped why not try and get the price lower

And let me break it down to you.

Guy paid in full for a sc kit.

Gamma acknowledged they have his kit, most of it. Keep lying about how much of the kit is completed. Which makes me think they are shipping parts from his kit to fulfill other kits, possibly vivid for example.

Why do you keep insisting this guy should have to handle more money to get what's his? Put yourself in his shoes, would any of that make sense to you?

While you're over there thriving off the energy you get from arguing with everyone, please for the last time, leave my company's name out of your theories as it pertains to other people's situations.

You are spewing hearsay all over this thread to things you can't prove or back up and it's affecting with my ability to maintain a good image as a vendor in this forum. Calm down bro. What I've said in the post you quoted doesn't have any effects to you selling the kit you have on hand. Whether anyone would buy that kit relies heavily on how much they can trust this new company and its customer service, not some guy mentioning your name in a thread. No where did I say anything to smear your company.

And just to add, this thread goes to the next page too quickly, I honestly haven't read any of the longer posts just barely skimmed over what stands out.

Stopped reading this thread last night because I went to bed. I like my sleep. It has gone from page 3 to page 11 when I started to read it again. And nothing as changed. It's the same people arguing. I can see both sides of the argument. For this to work out is to give it time. Either Gamma will prove themselves or they implode. Then we will see which side was right.


Plus there is 4+ vendors on the forum reading this thread. Do you think that this type of arguing doesn't make them nervous? Wondering who's next.

Again I must remain the professional here. When you insinuated that GTM sent me parts from someone else's kit, that is most certainly not making a good name for me. Just as I explained to FPenvy, there is a lot of reading comprehension issues in this thread and the last thing I need is for someone to skim along and read that I took "stolen" goods, what do you think that does for my business?

Now I know that wasn't directed at me but once again what does it imply? How do you know how much money I've spent with GTM? Should I have refused to take the parts to complete my kit because someone possibly before or after me paid for theirs and didn't get it? For the record Sam negotiated the payback on GTMs debt to us with the CEO of Gamma, it was approved and we are for the most part, whole again. This had nothing to do with me, it wasn't my idea or my request. This was negotiated through the owners of Vivid and Sam, he took it to Gamma and that's what was agreed upon.

Secondly, you have taken the very clear approach to make sure that everyone in the community sides with you to make sure nobody does business with Gamma. But then my name shows up, no other vendors who sell the product, just mine. Do you understand what that does to my business? Can you see how it interferes with my sole purpose of working on this forum?

Like I asked before, the name "Todd" and or "Vivid Racing" should not be mentioned by you because I've asked you nicely to stop interfering with my ability to make a living. That's all. There are people on this forum who have already been getting quotes from me on Gamma's kit and I don't appreciate you mentioning us when you don't know what you're talking about.

I don't have stolen parts, I have a complete kit that we paid for. I did not get special attention because of the amount of business we did with GTM to get what was owed to us. However I appreciate the attention they paid us to make things right. I have made it clear that if people want the kit but aren't comfortable going direct through Gamma, then they can go through me and enjoy a generous discount given to me for a debt that is owed (money lost that I could choose to keep) on the first 6 kits.

I also have in writing that the Stage 1 G37 kit I have will be covered by Gamma on the warranty and the price is not only lower than GTMs MSRP but MUCH lower than Gammas new pricing.

And I didn't ask for a definition what a deal is. Learn to read, Gavin.

My questions was what other deal is there to arrange and negotiate? This guy has already met his end of the contract. He paid in full. Gamma needs to meet their obligation and deliver what they owe to him.

David, don't be condescending to me (which is all you have done most of this thread) If you learned to read, you would understand the "IF" that I put in front of those sentences; implying that YES There is a chance that gamma will be hard on wanting that 4k otherwise you do have to wait to get the kit. He also paid for his kit in November 2014 which makes him a GTM customer not a GAMMA customer. As bullitt stated GAMMA did not inherit ANY of GTMS debts although they want to help.

I don't insist on him paying more money I wish no one had to pay anything more, but I said it before and I say it again I am a realist and understand how business works.
Business does not always work in a way that it puts a smile on every customers face even if you try. I assumed you would understand that.

I'm done trying to help here you can corrupt these guys more into believe that Gamma are nothing but bad news. They deserve a shot but I know they wont go bankrupt over a couple customers.
I can see bullitt gave up a while back.
