and honestly, install time really depends. I tried to make it fit the best I can and get all wrinkles out so each seat took like 4 hours. (steaming the foam, hairdrying the leather cover, stretching massaging etc.)
door inserts are pain in the *** because you need to actually cut and wrap around, get the seam aligned and such
