Buzzing Noise from Rear Area

I've had a buzz/rattle since day one. I put some bags of salt back there the other day (water softener) and it stopped. Next time I have it at the dealer I'll mention it (again).

for my noise i,ve been to the dealership,nissan says a ecu is the culprit,its been discussed on forum before,service mge and tech hear same noise nissan is aware,still waiting for fix.

I have it too. Not the high pitch ECU noise some are complaining of but a buzz/rattle from the rear of the interior somewhere.

It happens about 50% of the time and it's starting to bug me. I usually have the radio on but still want to track it down and eliminate it ASAP. I wonder if my wife will ride in the hatch for a mile or two to help me pinpoint it...

I have similar rattle from day 1. On mine, the back retractable cover is rattling.
