Winter project - headlight mods, Yes/No?

I'm interested to see what you come up with. For now, I'm not feeling it. Maybe it's just because they are red, but something just doesn't seem to work well

I know the reflection up front is making it look busy. Housing will be painted so that will eliminate that. I didn't want to put too much into it up front in case I didn't like it.
