Opinions on plasti dipped tail lights

You will get better prices from bluebatmobile. Also he uses good quality stuff. Mine have been on for two plus years and no cracking or peeling.

Your car, your call.

Since you asked for opinions, not my cup of tea. I don't get darkening tail lights. If I ever rear-ended someone with tinted tails, I'd make sure the cops, my attorney, my insurance agent, and the presiding judge knew it.

I followed a truck with seriously tinted tails home on the freeway last summer. In the direct sunlight, I could just barely make out his brake lights. Barely. I actually changed lanes for fear of hitting him.

Stylish or not, it does reduce the intensity of the lights which are set via federal standard.

Have fun and do what you want to do with your car. Just be educated and smart about it.

Washington state you can have them tinted all you want as long as you can see them in the day from 300 ft. I just have my third brake light and blinkers but they are one layer of blue bats 60% tint. I totally agree with there is a point of too much tint poses a great danger to other drivers.

With all due respect, I didn't like taillight tinting back in 2008 and think it looks dated now

Glad to see you removed the PD, that would have been dangerous
