Anyone Plasti Dipped their cup holder?

The inside of my cup holder is lightly scratched (enough to drive me nuts), most likely from dealership putting keys in it. I am contemplating the idea of Plasti Dipping

I am contemplating the idea of Plasti Dipping it. Anyone done this? How strong is it? Should I also do the silver ring?

I only use it for cups and mostly iPhone.

Thanks.

Just do it, if you don't like it just peel it off. Nothing to lose

What part is scratched, the silver? If so, you can get a metallic silver Elmer's paint pen and color the scratched part in and it looks perfect.

The inside is scratched. The silver is fine.

Just take it slow with the plasti dip. Its gonna take time to get the inside of the cup without it running.

Have you sprayed it yet?

I don't think it will even look much different then the plastic/leather thats already there.

It will literally take 5 minutes to do
