i can assure you vivid that thing wont fit the USDM 370z's.... something to do with the back spacing on the firewall studs..... had the same problem on my TS bar... would not fit for the love of god.... i still havent fully fixed my TS strut bar problem....

pay close attention to the top bars.. they still arent mounted even today... although im crossing my fingers ill get to fab the adapter plate so that they will mount.....

just tryna watch out for other fellow members... i can only imagine how expensive that dry carbon strut is and the last thing i would want is for you guys to find out it doesnt mount....
