I remember doing everything but the wheels first. Wheels were last. In hindsight, I would have done the wheels before anything else. I really liked how the stock Rays looked

I remember doing everything but the wheels first. Wheels were last. In hindsight, I would have done the wheels before anything else. I really liked how the stock Rays looked until I started going to meets and that's when I started to drool over wheels.
I voted wheels first.
