You can look at the SE FSM under the System Wiring and Terminal Layout sections to get a better idea of how the switches/heaters are wired. Seatbelt and airbag info are in the SBC and SRC sections, respectively. Edit: Keep in mind that I am only going by what I read in the FSMs. I've never attempted a project like this nor am I 100% sure that I am interpreting the FSMs properly. I'm just trying to give you some hints until someone that knows what they are talking about shows up.
