Touring Seat Installation Help - No power or Heat!

IIRC, the power to the seat heaters goes through a relay that might not be present. Wiring diagrams, physical location of relay (if it exists), relay specs, etc will be

Heated Seat relay is in the hood next to the driver headlight. Going to go see if any auto part store has one, tomorrow. Hoping it's as easy as that!
