Carbon signal wedsite broken!

They told me 3-4 weeks December 30th.. I have not heard from them since except, "good things are worth the wait" I won't purchase anything from them again. I don't mind waiting but they should at least tell you they are behind and to expect delay. Also, I have seen posts saying "all pending orders are shipping" and still have yet to receive tracking or anything

Yea I was told ''your in good hands'' after I contacted them. I might just ask for money back. I hate waiting and more so than that when product doesn't come even after a couple of weeks of date mention it would be here in the states. He clams it's here and waiting confirmation of shipping. What? It should just be shipped. Why would it sit there in AZ?

But your case would make me sick. A business should not run this way. It's not that bad of a issue but.....

Your not the only one, very poor communication when i ordered my bumper. Thankfully its finally in my hands but the delays cost me and now its too late since i shipped my car.

To clarify tho, the bumper is exactly as ordered, was packed very well and looks amazing, my only issue was with their lack of communication and information. It just took 6 months to get it :/

Well as yall can probably see i got alot of negative feedback about carbonsignal and thier customer service so i think im gonna keep looking and see what else i can find before i get tangled up in a order that i might not recieve for six months. Apparently carbonsignal greatly under estimates thier ship dates and does not do a very good job of updating thier customers in the mean time to keep them infomered about thier delayed order. website still broken!
