It doesn't go below the front air dam. At stock height, I haven't scraped mine at all. Clears all speedbumps I have encountered. I'll scrape the front air dam well before the splitter.

Disagree
Adding something as simple as the OEM sport front chin spoiler is functional, so it's not that farfetched to think adding a few inches of lip isn't going to alter the way air moves in front of the car. As with anything related to aerodynamics though, it depends a lot on when it becomes functional. Stationary or street driving, not so much. Full speed at a track, different story. Certainly some spoilers are more effective than others, but they are fuctional to a degree. Air has a lot of substance going 100 mph, it doesn't take much to direct or redirect that air flow. Just look at something as minor as a mirror on a rally car for example. For most of us that will never likely see a track however, a lip spoiler purely cosmetic with the potential to be something functional... same goes for the rear spoiler.

The Stillen lip, on a stock height car, has not been a clearance problem for me. I went with the Stillen because it looks good on silver as is so it didn't require painting. Being smaller than most splitters it looked more understated which suited my taste as well. For me it looked more functional and less like a body kit. Several splitters out there make the front look a little too heavy (just my opinion) and need expensive side skirts to balance the visual mass of the splitter.
I wasn't going to get a splitter I didn't like just to have something on the car but the Black Friday Weekend sale at Stillen made it so affordable that it was a no brainer for me. Having said all the above, I have seen many photos (on this site) of different splitters and lips, with and without skirts and with and without paint. I didn't like all of what I saw but LOTS of them have looked absolutely outstanding. So a big factor is how strong a visual statement you intend to make and how much you want to spend.

Sexiest front bumper is Amuse. As far as lip - I like my Evo-R the most

I think the fujimura looks good but would like to have a spoiler available that was a little cleaner like the one i horribly chopped.
