You would have to define "tight turns". There would be negligible downforce until at least 60-70 mph. Problem with these rear wings on our kinds of cars is that without

Problem with these rear wings on our kinds of cars is that without matching front downforce you would just end up with lots of understeer. The rear would stick like glue while the front skips.
