The lower fog light is just that—low on the car. With the addition of the 3rd brake light it would really alert others that you are backing-up, especially if they were coming down a lane in a parking lot as you are backing out of your parking space. __________________ ( Click to show/hide ) Why I NEVER say NO to the Panda Lou Fusz!!!
