I went and checked out the link. Nice. Not bad for the price. It looks very good on your car.

On that same note... if anyone is looking for instant TURBO power look no more. This premium bolt on kit will get everyone thinking you have turbo!!! :-P

okay here she is installed, fit was 98% very minor gaps but not noticeable.
Install 3 out of 5, extra set of hands would be helpful.
color match was spot on.

So in the end very pleased with the product and the outcome.

Tada!!

hm looks nice... and also really cheap then factory spoiler.. but did this have same quality as factory manufactured. Are you satisfied with the quality of the spoiler... because mostly these things fly in high speed.

UPDATE: I have had the spoiler for about a month now. I just slapped it on without drilling it. I did add a few more strips of 3M tape.

I am a little skeptical at higher speeds. I feel like its just going to whip off and slam into someones windshield. But if I tug on it, it doesn't even wiggle.

I might have it properly drilled and installed when the summer starts to melt some of the 3M tape!

Can it be installed without drilling it and using extra 3M double sided tape?
then how the heck are you planning on making it stay on?

I meant to use only the tape and not drilling it.

My lip spoiler on my Gencoupe is only held by doubled sided 3M tape and it's been on for 3 years.

Received mine yesterday and put it on today, 4 hands do make it easier. The color is great, the fit is pretty good, but I do see some minor imperfections, not on the top bt at the lower part. Nothing noticeable, unless you know where to look, but at 129.- shipped and painted, it's an awesome deal.

I did drill holes and put silicon sealer around the top and below the screw head, just to make sure it stays dry, also helped to keep the screws in place when putting the spoiler onto the trunk. Looks great.

Just like the OEM one.

I came across this (older) thread and glad I did. Was planning to purchase one and have been looking at eBay as an alternative and had found these guys: Nissan 370Z No Convertible Painted Factory Style Spoiler Wing Trim 2009 2014 | eBay with a price of $220...

Now seeing this supplier ( WingTech) and reading through the thread they appear to provide a quality product.

They don't show the pricing any longer so I sent off for a price quote and will follow up to anyone interested in this thread in case pricing has changed.

Still curious if anyone has (or is) planning on the duckbill (carbon signal CS Z34 Type - N) option. Love to know anyone with experience on it. Pictures preferred.

Ended up ordering the spoiler from WingTech (via Ebay).

I was quite anticipating this transaction as you never know.

Although communications with them is extremely slow and laborious they do come through with flying colors.

They have several colors in stock like the Magnetic Black, Silver, Gun Metal and Pearl White.

As I had to get mine in Magma Red you need to contact them and let them know the color code (in this case NAM) and then await for their confirmation.

For easy ref here are the other color codes:

Chip Color Code(s) Color Description
  • A54 Vibrant Red
  • G41 Black Metallic
  • K23 Liquid Platinum Metallic
  • KAD Gun Metallic
  • NAG Black Cherry Pearl
  • NAM Magma Red Metallic
  • QAB White Pearl
  • RAA Deep Sapphire Metallic

Received the box yesterday and have to say it was carefully packed in a very sturdy box and then wrapped fully plus tape with extra packing on the "tips".

Comes with a double sided instruction page (which is pretty much a copy of a Generic install) plus 4 bolts and associated washers. 4 holes are pre-drilled and tapped.

The bottom of the wing has what looks like something similar to 3M speed tape already applied / ready for use.

Upon initial inspection the paint work looks very good, clear coating has been done very well. No waviness, no stress cracks. The wing material appears to be everything as "sturdy" / and similar weight as the Nissan OEM's - (which I did inspect and held in my hand) at the dealership.

The finish is smooth as glass and no flaws in the paint anywhere that I can find.

Just pressed her down with some speed tape for a color match check.

General fit looks right on the mark....

Pretty happy with this one. Guess it was worth to take a shot with these guys.

Wife says to quit playing with it and wait until Christmas

I'll take some additional shots once it has been installed by my custom body shop to show overall fit and finish when she is down tight to the body.

As a side note: ordered on the 28th - received on the 6th - total time 9 days
