Ive contacted open top. They responded immediately by requesting pictures of installation and a video, re-assuring that we would find a solution. Next day, they sent me two new items.

Ive contacted open top. They responded immediately by requesting pictures of installation and a video, re-assuring that we would find a solution.
Next day, they sent me two new items. I hope that fixes it, should arrive next week. Big compliment to how they handled the situation!
