i see that now. Definite possibilty of an accident. Espesially that rusted area makes me tink that the bumper was pushed over the metal at some point. Possuibly the bumper

i see that now. Definite possibilty of an accident. Espesially that rusted area makes me tink that the bumper was pushed over the metal at some point. Possuibly the bumper mountng points have been missaligned from the hit. You can always gave it resprayed and refitted.
This is all speculation. No one can tell you from just pictures.
