Default Flocked dash

To me, the dashboard of the 370 looks a bit cheap... Something I did to my old 240sx when I had it was I sprayed flock on it mainly to cover the cracks but overall, it looked a lot nicer. I'm tempted to do it to my 370's dashboard. I'm going to attach a few pictures from when I did it to my 240's dash. Just would like some opinions on if people think it'd be a good idea to do it to the 370. Also, Has anyone done this to the 370 yet?

(Darker areas are because I screwed up)

(pay no attention to the dent)

Opinions welcome

Unless the dash is in bad shape, I wouldn't mess with it. And flocking would be close to the bottom of my list of ways to repair it - looks cheap, hard to maintain, ...

Did this to my GTR. I'll never do it again unless it's on a ratty project car. No matter how cured the adhesive was, pieces would always come loose when my windows were down.
In its defense, I did not use the proper, electrical charge method of getting all strands to stand vertically.

My Dash plastic keeps melting and deforming slowly from sitting in the sun everyday so it looks more than cheap, it is cheap.

You could have purchased a very cheap sun shade and even some liquid protector and prevented this from happening. The sun destroys all dashes, not only your 'cheap' Nissan dash. No excuses for laziness.

Note I didn't complain about the dash's condition, I said it looks cheap.

I'd look into something like this if I could find a ******* place that'd do it around me.
