same reason the stock ones fail, crank vibration, all they did was use a stronger metal with more resistance, they didnt eliminate the problem.

Wow -- impressive build, and thanks for posting details?
Wondering about SAE numbers for comparison and also just a totally random question: Can the OEM DBW motor operate the other two linkages without creating extra stress on the electric motor? I just never thought about this before so figured no harm in asking.
