Jun camshaft .. Help !!

So lets say I want to install these cams in the far far future, do I need rods, pistons, injectors as well? (going of by the jun dyno parts lol)

So lets say I want to install these cams in the far far future, do I need rods, pistons, injectors as well? (going of by the jun dyno parts lol) or is there other things you recommend to have a safe install?
