6th to 5th downshift grind

Mine does this too when cold. Seems to happen on just about every MT Z. If I shift slow from 6 to 5, no grind. But if I go fast,

If I shift slow from 6 to 5, no grind. But if I go fast, it grinds. It's intermittent and only until the trans fully warms up. Mine hasn't gotten worse, but I've read that others have and Nissan swapped out the trans.
