Amazing time FP ! I still would like more info as to if these are the wheels you will be sticking with and are they the 12" rears you were looking to get or 19x10 19x11 ?

I ran a 1:17 in the GT-R. Keep in mind the Z is still NA, and makes probably less than 275whp on our dyno. Still a stock engine and no tuning. We were not expecting to beat our GT-R, but we were pleasantly surprised with how close we got.

i believe it was 1:17 in the GTR, 1:19 in the Z... with a few bolt ons and a tune that # could be closer or even better than the GTR, weight makes a huge difference on track

On something like VIR or Road Atlanta which are much higher speed tracks, I would expect a much greater delta between lap times. We are running the Carbonetic 1.5 way LSD in the rear. I really love this diff...I would have hated this car had we retained the stock LSD for the test. With respect to the question about the Porsches, they were definitely running at full tilt. Keep in mind, this was the Red Instructors group, so passing was permitted anywhere with a point. Usually once they saw me filling their mirrors, they moved over to let me pass by. This way, we avoid a drag race to the next corner. All good. ![]() Happy to answer any more questions you all have.

Sure can. We run about 1/8th inch toe-in rear, and 3/16th inch toe-out up front. Camber up front is -3.5 and rear camber is -2.3

I need Decker to send me the rear view mirror you guys are using... bar mount, right? Love the Carbonetic too - would recommend it to anyone Which pads were you using? did i miss that in your post?? Possible to get some detailed shots of the engine bay? |
