All this anticipation on the build and dyno results is killing me!

Btw- good move on the valve springs and retainers due to more lift the cams gonna be producing...

You guys wanted an NA setup well here you I am doing it. I am learning just like the people installing the parts are as well. This is a huge learning curve, I just want to make sure I do it right and install the parts that are needed to keep the engine reliable. I just ordered the valve train setup for the car.

Thanks for the PM the other day man, i've just got the pricing from them. But unfortunately i just bought a set of wheels and a bunch of other things. i think i'll have to save up first till i got the bucks to buy this babies

It looks like my NST pullies will be in tomorrow which means I will be taking them to Nissan to add to my parts lists that needs to be installed. I have place the order with GTM to have the new valve springs and retainers shipped so after those arrive the motor will be reassembled with the new cams. Just giving an update

Another update: I went to Nissan today and saw the engine pulled out of the car on an engine stand. They will be pulling the heads off in order to change the valve springs and retainers.

I wish Nissan would have designed and made it a little easier to pull out heads to do mods with. Not everyone is gonna be able to afford this mod due to the extensive labor and technicality involved...

That is true this definently not ur standard cam swap like in a Honda or Toyota. Of course this is the first so many people and tuners will learn if there are better ways to perform this cam and valve train swap.
