Even better is their customer service. When one member here had a major failure of their sandwich plate that could have taken out his motor, they mailed him a new O-ring.
 Weeks after they claimed to have sent it out. And then their VP of Douchebaggery came in and likened the whole thing to the Challenger disaster.
