High Performance Thermostat by Mishimoto

I wanted to know if anybody has installed this product on their vehicle? Was the install easy? Any and all thoughts on the product would be great.

Hey, I have no installed it, but I did look at it for a while....If I remember correctly that activates at like 140 degrees? I thought it might be a little too cold for a daily driven car to warm up properly. Just 2c...

Ya that's what I was wondering if this was going to be overkill. Just looking at ways to cool the car down but not overdo it.

It operates at 150 degrees (66 c) . I also would like to know how it perform.
The Nissan thermostat that made for Middle East , it operates at 170 degrees (76.5 c)
Just FYI.

Mine is being installed right now. Stillen oil cooler (25 row) next week. Oil runs a tad hot on track days so going for some mods to keep temps cooler.

180...at least for a 2009+ G.

I changed mine to the one from a 2008 G which is 170deg when I swapped in the CSF radiator.

Nope. Not unless you're in the middle east. It's 180.

And the Mishimoto thermostat is a good way to blow up your motor. If you've got to buy their rotting garbage masquerading as car parts, at the very least don't buy parts that will make your car go boom when they fail like a thermostat or anything related to the oiling system. Those assclowns could **** up a bowling ball.
Plasmite likes this.
