The factory accordion section, several changes in pipe shape/cross sectional area, and the sharp transition from the open air space in the intake box, to the maf tubes, without sufficient volume to be used as a zero vacuum plenum, leave a lot on the table induction wise. Granted it's better than most stock air boxes but the size of the intake passage in the core support speaks for itself.
And this coming from someone who probably has very little to no technical training or experience?
