When you say theoretical top speed with available power and torque... Do you mean STOCK power and torque, or MAXIMUM potential? Also, do you mean stock gearing or what is

When you say theoretical top speed with available power and torque... Do you mean STOCK power and torque, or MAXIMUM potential? Also, do you mean stock gearing or what is available on the market that would MAX it out? Honestly, top speed depends on how much $$$ you have... You can make a FORD FIESTA fast with the right $$$.
