I don't think HFCs are smog legal in CA, and almost no tune is smog legal either. ECU must remain stock, except you are allowed to use some CARB approved

I don't think HFCs are smog legal in CA, and almost no tune is smog legal either. ECU must remain stock, except you are allowed to use some CARB approved aftermarket tunes with a supercharger kit, that also has to be CARB approved. I think there is only one on the market.
