By the butt dyno? What were you expecting, warp speed?

You can expect 15-20hp betwen 6k-7k rpm, not sure if you would feel it.

Always get a baseline dyno before modding to evaluate the effect... if you dyno now you can at least try and compare to someone else with a stock Z in your area using the same type of dyno.

Well,in Singapore, you need to pay to use the dyno, anyway, here we don't need high speed,we just need better torque....also quite happy with the sound it produced, but still not as nice as an BMW in line 6 with stock exhausts.

^^I beg to differ. First off you will almost get no real "power increase" from K&N drop in filters. The reason why you would want a set of K&N filters is 1)they supposedly flow better 2)they are reusable just don't over oil them. I know they state that there is a 5hp increase but that's just marketing. You will probably get a 5-10whp increase from the exhaust but that to would not be noticeable.

We pay to get on the dynos in the states too friend, quality places probably charge $100 for 3 pulls. However, if you want to quantify your results you must pay to play. I've learned the hard way that you can't shortchange installs and you need a tune to maximize results. Complaining otherwise that you don't feel the results is fool hardy.

Fair enough. You don't really need a dyno if you can measure speed over time.

Find a deserted road or go to the dragstrip and compare the average of your best 3-5 runs with that of a stock Z. Ideally, you'd be the one driving both...

Or, do this just for yourself before and after each mod. Whether or not you feel faster, if you are faster then you've picked up some power (well, assuming all other factors are about equal).

There's a nice dyno chart here showing a good increase from the drop-ins at all revs on the 370Z. Mine may feel a little peppier but I'm still getting used to it, so I can't be sure.
