I have a local VQ tuner here thats barely starting up. He is offering me a free tune/ sponsorship with me having to stay committed to him and bringing my car to him every-time i add a mod. We will be going the ecutek route, the only thing is i would have to pay for my own license. My question is, if i end up not liking the tune or he ends up being unreliable, can i take that same license somewhere else? Or will my license be locked in his ecutek master cable? He doesnt have a dyno so we would be doing data logging doing street pulls if that matters.
