I already purchased the grand touring clutch but the Vendor went MIA on me, when I reached out to OS Giken they recommended I don’t go with the GT series as it’s not suited for the track. I don’t heavily track my car but I do plan on participating in a few events during a year. Essentially I’m looking to bullet proof the clutch set up and this is what I came up with lol. I hope it all works out.
If you plan on the A2A SC Kit in your future and plan on your Z seeing track duty then yes the OS Giken STR series clutch would be best suited for you. Definitely do your research before doing business with any vendor and make your own decision from there. If you have the opportunity to have track time in your Z go for it you will enjoy it! I had good experiences with the Competition stage 3 and stage 4 clutch from AAM as they held up to track abuse quite well. The best of luck with your new clutch set up though.
