Z1 CSC Elimination failure

Please if you can, replace it with another kit, your only going to have more problems with the Z1 kit. I've, and others, have had many problems with it. From bent linkages, failed seals, and constant adjustments.

with so many different types of failure, sounds like it is worse than the oem csc..

I have the Z1 kit and I have definitely had problems with it. But it is far better than the OEM part. Purely for the simple fact that not having to drop the transmission is a lifesaver. Adjustments and even parts replacements (for the most part) are quite simple and easily completed while the oil drains during an oil change. So while I was on my 3rd cylinder after barely 2 years, it was much better than having to drop the transmission or pay the labor cost to drop if the OEM failed catastrophically.
