CSC replacement. Jwt clutch/flywheel

That's the issue right now, i have a place where i can put all that in myself with my friend who owns a shop so im not going to paying anything in labor, but i'm moving Tuesday to Houston so once i am over there i will no longer have that perk. Unfortunately im going to have to drive my car out there so i want to leave with everything installed. See, here's the thing- it's not just the fact that you will have to open up the trans again to replace the CSC. You'll have to, that's not in question. It's the other questions that go along with it. Did the car leave you stranded when the OEM CSC **** the bed? Did you have to pay for towing, etc? Did the CSC puke fluid all over the brand new clutch, ruining the friction material?

Don't bother swapping the clutch until you can afford to do the whole job.
