That de had itbs and **** load of other work to reach that power level, the vhr that made close to that had bssicbolt ons and cam

I think the main problem with the vhr is the ECU and the tuning capabilities. Making everything work together is obviously the key here. cams and ITB's do nothing if you cant tune them right. Somebody needs to do a crazy high compression/cammed/ITB/high rev build on a vhr with a nice stand alone that will give you the tuning parameters you need. THAT would be interesting to see. So far everything I see is stock ecu stuff
