I agree the FD on the AT is lacking in the upper gears. I believe 4th is 1:1, which leaves 5-7 as three overdrives.
The 4.08 redefines the performance of our cars. I have tons of power and torque through all seven gears now. Upgrading the diff is a pricey mod, but a game changer in terms of power availability. I don't track my car (or drive it daily) but my guess would be that I could get through the quarter in 4th or even 5th gear with all the available power the car offers.
