just thinking about the old school stuff & how they turned heavy flywheels to produce higher torque?
May reduce power/causing it to rev slower???

When the team was designing this flex plate, they purposely kept the weight to be almost the same with stock, so the top speed does not drop. However, since there's a lot less vibration with this plate, the transmission loss should be less as well. How much less tho? I don't know, but on a 2 minute local track I was a second faster than before.
