I been working on other things as I been lazy and didn't want to camp out under the car. It's only confirmed that the install was correct and the CSC is working correctly. I still have to figure out the smooshy pedal. I will be gravity bleeding my clutch. The transmission will be be reinstalled before I sleep tonight.

Run the pushrod out as far as you can And adjust the stopper per Seb instructions. I had similar mushy pedal like it wouldn't bleed correctly problem and it ended up being not enough pushrod length adjusted to allow the MC a complete refill. CCM clutch pedal was also a good addition for me.
