Specialty Z CSC, is this normal?

I can't speak for the SZ kit since we have never had any issues with it but I'm sure Seb will have more details for you on the subject.

Dude, their customer service isn't what you're making it out to be. If you get a defective part, they blame everyone but themselves and leave you hanging.
