This is well within the Lemon Law act. He can ask for a new car all together!! I would! (Not sure if he's doing that, long a$$ thread) Worth it

Worth it to call a lawyer!! I've had, on occasion, major issues with new Audis (work at a dealership) and those customers who demanded another vehicles did got one!! Sometimes with more options! I wouldn't want my new car from the assembly line taken apart and reassembled!! HELL NO!! My two cents. Also: The Audis all burn oil and have a "Min Oil" warning (level sensor) since it's expected! Audi states that increments as low as 1500 miles is normal.  Luckily we don't see that often!
