How is this well within the lemon law? It usually has to be the same exact problem recurring 3 times at least for it to be a lemon. His engine

How is this well within the lemon law? It usually has to be the same exact problem recurring 3 times at least for it to be a lemon. His engine failed, Nissan gave him a brand spanking new engine. It doesn't get any better than that folks. This is not a situation where the car was involved in a major accident, and the body will never be the same again. This is a 100% back to normal fix.
