Is it possible for you to just tie the lines coming from the "in" and "out" of the throttle body together with a barbed hose coupler? I know it won't

Is it possible for you to just tie the lines coming from the "in" and "out" of the throttle body together with a barbed hose coupler? I know it won't be as clean, but it will be much easier to put back to stock if anything happened. That would work right?
Also can you feel the engine to be more responsive? You know like when you first start your engine and drive off before everything heats up. Thanks in advanced. Abner
