It's most likely the spring loaded metal plate in the center of the wheel. Look at the fitment of the notched area at the bottom. It most likely is not

It's most likely the spring loaded metal plate in the center of the wheel. Look at the fitment of the notched area at the bottom. It most likely is not slotted in correctly on your wheel. I had the same issue. I actually had to bend the piece a tiny bit to make it slide on properly.
