Sasha is the reason why I started looking at the 370z seriously.

Selling a modded car is tough and you only get around 30% back on your mods not including labour. So if you have Sasha's kit ($7000) plus lowering springs ($250), you'll only get around $2500 back when you sell your car. Right now the average car is listed for $28000 and will probably sell for $26000; add your 2500 and you have a 28500 car. It sucks I know. I've been modding cars probably a lot longer than most of you and I always take a bath.

That's just the reality.

Like you I'm no spring chicken. I've been building/modding cars longer than most of these guys have been able to walk. I usually don't brag about it.

Lets just say I bought my car at the right time. It was basically new with 6000 miles. I could turn my car back to stock right now and make money on it. And that's after 2 years of ownership.

My point was, anything is for sale. Whether or not someone is willing to pay the price is a different story.

Lastly, You should look at the going rate for used forced induction kits. I believe the BP turbo kit would fetch a lot more than $2500 used. I'm sure other would agree.

Anyhow, good luck with your search. You'll find what you're looking for just like I did.

Let us know how you make out.

That will always hold true if the owner wants to part out his car and return it to stock. One will always yeild the most money doing it that way. But some owners don't have the time or the resources and just want to sell it as is.

The other thing I wanted to ask is, the interior color of the white one is very light. How hard is it to keep clean? I'm a little scared of a light colored interior.

be patient and wait to find one with a black interior, black is more fitting IMO the frost looks a little weird

Its only weird if your car isn't white or blue.

This car ain't cheap to buy in Canada, considering how we don't have a base model, the Touring with no sport package is as close as it gets.

I'd hate to see this car being sold for less than 30k on average cause then I'd see alot more of them on the road, I like the exclusive feel.

I felt the same way when I owned my supra. It didn't feel so special when the right hand drive cars started coming over. There's so many rhd cars over here that people would follow me and couldn't believe that I got out of the left hand side of the car. They couldn't believe the car came in LHD. Thank god the 370z hasn't come over in LHD versions yet. My brother in his highly modded 300zx tt took a major hit in value thanks to the RHD cars.

I owned a RHD Z32 TT it was awesome, but your right lots of RHD available for all of the older vehicles that can be imported.

wouldn't stop me from buying another RHD though if I could afford or something came up

I'm just gonna throw it out there... $33.5k for a fully loaded 40th with only 30k km

I think that's more than fair lol. And that's negotiable too

Where are you located Jus. You pm'd me with your fs add and in there you wanted $47800 all modded and $35800 without the mods. What mods did the car have that you would take off to reduce the price? The thing that pains me the most is that the front plate looks screwed into the bumper... Why the hell do these provinces insist on having a front plate??? I love Alberta for that.

For the price I'll be taking off everything except possibly the headers and test pipes as I'm too lazy and that's too much work. Maybe leave the sway bars too as I don't think I have the stock ones anymore. The rest will be back to stock

I would say go with a mustang instead. There are too many Z's on the road in Edmonton already, I start to get sad when I see them now. I probably won't ever sell, but I will trade you outright for a C7.
