My wheels and tires lost me about 35 pounds or something, like 9.5 each back wheel and 8 for each front. That's huge off the unsprung rotational weight but I can't really say I noticed a huge difference. I would love to do a back to back dyno though if I still had OEM wheels. I'm not sure this is correct but I'd think getting rear rotors would be better than fronts since those are the drive wheels.

Z1: Any chance you will make two piece rotors for the stock setup? I've been looking for lighter weight rotors to replace my stock set. I think Racing Brake makes 2 piece for the front only, for the stock setup.

Probably never going to find aftermarket fixed calipers for the base brakes, short of a custom solution, which would be insanely expensive.

I have the front and rear 2 piece rotors installed with centric posi quiet pads ( for street use). I am LOVING this setup so far!! I have put about 150 miles on them since install and I am really impressed. The steering does feel lighter up front and more responsive! Braking feel is better but I cannot tell if distances from 60-0 for example are shorter at full pedal but at lower pedal input I do feel like the car is stopping more quickly.
Here are some pics: And for you non facebook folks: Front: ![]() ![]() Rear ![]() ![]() The shipped product will probably look slightly better. This set was used for testing.

Nope. Same size as stock rotors so it is a direct bolt on. They are street testing still as spohn mentioned. I am just lucky / a guinea pig... lol.
