Forged Performance - poor vendor experience

I don't know why it should be lock just for speaking out against a sponsor or vender. I take both negative and positive feedback in consideration when I conduct business.

Looks like forge has had both. No one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. It's how the business resolves the issue with the customer is what marks a good buisness.

Simple resolution for this problem offer the part for $200 to that customer and then change the website. I this customer doesn't think $200 is a good deal then too bad. What does he expect a 50% discount?
