The very conservative Eibach Pro-Kit springs (on the Z33) drop the car a bit more. The Swift springs (on the Z34), on the other hand, provide superior damping and comfort.

Swift

Eibach

Swift springs with 20/25 spacers. I enjoy the combo of the Swifts + the stock sport shocks. Works really well for the street. If anything I wish it didn't lower the car quite so much. If I could take it back up 1/2" or so I would.

Can anyone recommend a spring compressor that works on the Nismo and Swift springs? I saw in a write up on here that the tight spacing makes it difficult. I also don't want some cheap piece of crap that's going to fall apart.

Thanks sandersd.

FYI to anyone else who needs a spring compressor. I found the SPC Spring Compressor #40260 that sandersd mentioned on eBay for $120 shipped. Look up seller ultrarevparts. It wouldn't accept an offer of $115, but it took $120.

Has anyone come across something like this for your garage? Might be overkill but for the price, it just might be worth it especially when manual compressors can cost just as much, or more:

Coil Spring Compressor 3 Ton Auto Strut Hydraulic Tool HD Heavy Duty Auto | eBay

Mostly positive reviews and appears safe to operate...

I've always just gone to Autozone and rented the spring compressors. $55 refundable deposit and they have always worked great for me

Gotcha, thanks. It's just that spring compressors seem like one of those hit-or-miss tools and you have to get just the right one.

Are these still the favorite among lowering springs? It seems like no one carries them.
