My post was not meant to call into question the quality of spl parts. They are the highest quality in so far as design and usability. I would run them if they were legal for competition. I don't know how to make that any more clear.

However, there are some drawbacks to running unsealed spherical joint control arms on a street driven car. I wanted to make sure the op is aware of that and I offered an alternative.
