People also need to stop saying this because YOU CAN. My Annex coilovers even though they are way more aggressive than stock at 14k front and 10k rear for the spring rate, it's more comfortable than stock and I was looking for more performance and came to terms that I'll have to sacrifice comfort. Let's just say I was pleasantly surprised to not have my teeth fall out when going over the same rough roads I use to brace for back when I had my stock suspension. It's the same with the KW coilovers or the Powertrix coilovers (with the swift spring upgrade). Now I'm going to upgrade my seat because the stock seats are bad for your back and I need a seat to hold my head in place because my neck hurts from the higher cornering speeds now lol
