That's why I recommended the E-spec dampers. Honestly, the S-specs are just fine on the road. We have some pretty gnarly roads here and I've not really found worse except in Michigan, LOL. My daily commute has a few rough patches and it's my own little Nurburgring with a bit of everything, from billboard smooth to seriously rough. On the moderately patchy and smooth roads they're brilliant, really good. I'd imagine the Type E's damping would be far better suited for the road. The Type S is listed as being for the track.

I'd really like to compare them to say the Powertrix or similar just for sh*ts and giggles. This is my second set of Aragostas, used them on another car. If you've ridden on say an Ohlins-equipped car, they feel the same. Just something about the way they dampen the rough edges. I tried to get mine on a shock dyno but he didn't have the right fixtures to mount it to the Roehrig. Would have cost me $300 to have him make a set.
