I feel like this would rip off, or at least not improve airflow, at track speeds. But they do look nice!

We can make it for any front lip as long as we get a trace. The piece is flat though, so if the lip has a curve, there will be a gap between the lip & splitter.

For track use you would definitely want to attach w/ splitter rods to the frame.

Has anyone tried powder coating one of these? I was thinking about making the new skid plate I got from you orange to match my r1 concept bbk. I'm going with orange as a second color to accent the carbon. Any suggestions on the best way to do this?

Since the Alumalite panels have a foam core, they won't stand up to the heat of powder coating. I think the easiest solution would be to vinyl wrap them orange
